Background:

I grew up playing baseball nearly all year long from tee-ball through high school, playing both summer ball and school ball. Girls softball is different and so I’m still learning the intricacies, but fundamentals are basically the same. I have coached other types of teams and various ages.

Sports Philosophy:

I hold that sportsmanship in all circumstances, total dedication to team philosophy, self-sacrifice and team work and complete devotion to development through practice and hard work are the most important elements and that winning and having fun are a by product of those.
