TEAM Nebraska's Mission is to allow girls from throughout the state of Nebraska and Iowa to be able to try out for and play in an organization that is dedicated to teaching the game of Fastpitch Softball and developing those state's top players.

This is a Select Program and will attempt to field a team in each age division coached by experienced NON-parent head coaches. Parents with coaching experience will be asked to assist in any way possible. Each TEAM will also have a council of support staff elected by parents and coaches to help manage the day to day operations of each individual TEAM.

Each TEAM will learn about TEAMWORK, PRIDE, RESPECT, and the proper ETIQUETTE of softball. Players will be taught the proper way to play this sport in an all-out hard-nosed manner! Our coaches understand that the development of each and every player is of the utmost importance!

RESPECT for their coaches, parents, umpires and opponents will be common place, not the exception in our organization! No one player in our organization will take precedence over the TEAM!

TEAM Nebraska will represent our great state where ever we go as the best of the best that our state has to offer, and we will set our goals high each year and work hard to achieve them. Wearing our state name on our uniform means that we are proud to be from Nebraska and that we are a program that should be respected!
