Nebraska HS All-Star Game - was held at Bowlin Stadium in Lincoln Wednesday night. 
TEAM Nebraska Seniors - Brittany Telecky (Seward), Emily Weber (Lincoln North Star), Becca Changstrom (Lincoln SW) and Taylor Anding (Papillion LaVista South) all started the game!

TEAM 18's win Minnesota Irish Tournament in Minneapolis going 6-0-1 - Improve to 56-11-1 on the year! Happy Father's Day!!!

TEAM Nebraska is a Class A Select Softball Organization for all ages. Our focus is on Teamwork, Pride, Respect, and Communication. TEAM Nebraska is the home of the 2009 ASA 16UA Metro Champions, ASA 16UA State Champions, and the 2009 USSSA 18U Major State Champions also the 2010 ASA 18A State Champions!

CONGRATS!!! Becca Changstrom of TEAM 18's was named Gatorade Player of the Year for the State of Nebraska this past week. This is the second straight year Becca received this honor. Becca is our two time Class A State captain! Great Job Becca!!!


TEAM Nebraska 18's CHAMPIONS!!! Winning the Dave & Busters Memorial Day USSSA NIT in Kansas City, KS going 9-0 on the weekend and starting the season off 41-7!!!! GREAT JOB! GO TEAM! We'll see it!

Kayla Hardiman has accepted a softball scholarship to attend Iowa State University. Kayla Hardiman a 2011 Graduate from Lewis Central HS in Council Bluffs has announced that she will accept a Academic and athletic scholarship to attend Iowa State University and play for the Cyclones in the Fall of 2011. Kayla is a very talented hitter and a versatile player who can catch and play every position in the infield. Kayla is a Straight A Student and carries a 4.0 GPA. We are excited to have a player of Kaylas abilities playing in the Big XII! 
I look forward to following Kayla and seeing her hit against the top teams in the Region. We are very proud of her!  

Emily Weber has accepted a softball scholarship to attend South Dakota State University. Emily Weber a Senior at Lincoln North Star has announced that she will accept a Athletic and Academic Scholarship to play for the Jackrabbits in the Fall of 2010. Emily is one of the top outfielders in the State and will be an impact player for SDSU right away! Emily will join Emily Heairet at SDSU who will be a Sophomore in 2010. We are proud of you Em! 

Taylor Anding has accepted a softball scholarship to attend Missouri Western State University. Taylor Anding a Senior from Papillion LaVista South HS has announced that she will accept a Athletic and Academic Scholarship to play for the Griffons in the fall of 2010. Taylor is a seasoned shortstop who swings the bat with power and is a great leader for her HS and TEAM Nebraska. She carries a 4.0 in the classroom and scored well on her ACT. Taylor is a Class A Honorable Mention player and four year starter for PLVS. Most of all Taylor is one of the most quality players to ever wear a TEAM Nebraska Uniform. We are proud of her and MWSU are getting a great addition to their program. 
 
Taylor Flodman has accepted a softball scholarship to attend Creighton University. Taylor Flodman a Junior from Lincoln North Star HS has announced that she will accept a Athletic & Academic Scholarship to play for the Jays in the fall of 2011. Taylor is one of the top hitters in the state and a is a true team player. She carries a perfect 4.0 GPA and has yet to take her ACT. Taylor was a Class B All State player in 2008 but transferred to LNS to compete against Class A Teams were she became a SUPER STATE selection. Way to go Taylor we are all proud of you!

Becca Changstrom has accepted a softball scholarship to attend Creighton University. Becca Changstrom a Senior from Lincoln Southwest HS has announced that she will accept a Athletic & Academic Scholarship to play for the Bluejays. Becca is a 4.0 student and recently received a 31 on her ACT. Becca is the Class A All State Captain 2 years in a row, selected to the NFCA Regional Team, and is the Gatorade Player of the Year for Nebraska in Softball 2008. We are proud of Becca!

Brittany Telecky has accepted a softball scholarship to attend Creighton University. Brittany Telecky a Senior from Seward HS has announced that she will accept a Athletic & Academic Scholarship to play for the Bluejays. Brittany was the Class B All State Captain and one of three pitchers on the Super State team 2008 and an ALL STATE pitcher in 2009. GO Jays!  

Emily Heairet has accepted a softball scholarship to attend South Dakota State University. Emily Heairet a Burke HS Graduate has accepted an Athletic Scholarship to play for the Jack Rabbits! Great job Emily!

Sara Petska Accepts Creighton Softball Scholarship. On the heals of a 7-12 hitting performance in the Bailey Smith Gold Invitational Sara Petska has accepted a softball scholarship offer from Creighton University! Sara was a tremendous student at Grand Island HS and scored a 31 on her ACT to also land an academic scholarship!  Way to go Sara we are proud of you! GO JAYS!!

Kate Erickson Accepts Central Community College Softball Scholarship. Central City Graduate Kate Erickson has elected to attend CCC in Columbus for two years on her path to play Major College Softball. Kate also pitches and plays infield and will be utilized in all aspects at CCC. This is a huge aquisition for Central CC.

Miranda Fleming Accepts Jacksonville University College Softball Scholarship. Millard West Senior Centerfielder Miranda Fleming has elected to attend Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL. Mirandas great play this summer as a mainstay Centerfielder for TEAM Nebraska GOLD has landed her in a Div.1 School that plays such powers as Florida State and Florida each year in conference play. I know Miranda will be an impact in the Dolphins Outfield! We are proud of you! 

Paige Wilson Accepts Wayne State College Softball Scholarship. Paige Wilson of Shenandoah HS in Iowa has selected Wayne State College in Wayne, NE as her choice of where she will be playing College Softball. Paige plays 1B and 3B for TEAM 18's but is a mainstay at Catcher for her high school team. A versitile player who hits for power. Paige will be a great asset to WSC!
